Non Delivery & Attempted Delivery
We encourage customers to ensure that they use a day time delivery address. We ship all parcels signature on receipt with a premium service courier so if someone is not home to sign for delivery then the parcel will be held for a few days in a local depot for collection before it is returned back to our shipping department. Delivery fee's are non refundable in these cases and a non subsidised re-shipping fee would be applicable if a second shipping is requested.

Our products are always knitted with 100% premium wool. We recommend hand-washing, spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning for all our luxury woollen garments. When hand-washing please ensure that you roll the garment gently in a towel after washing to take away excess moisture and then flat dry the garment to prevent stretching of the item when wet.

I love the original Aran pattern of the weave, as well as the thoughtful choice to use two colors, different on the shoulders. The sweater is very comfortable. It is light weight, which is nice for a wool sweater. They can be heavy. I am getting used to a sweater that zips on the opposite side, but it doesn't take long to get used to. The sizing is a bit different. You have to try these on to be sure you get the proper fit. I usually wear large but had to select XXL to get the proper fit with this sweater.
At the beginning of our trip, my husband didn’t want a hat, nope to the sweaters, didn’t want to try anything on. By the time we got to The Woolen Market, he was discovering his Irish self and had a clear idea of what he wanted. He chose the blue, loving the color and the contrasting trim. It came 2 days after our return and I’m glad he selected it - it looks great on him!
