We encourage customers to ensure that they use a day time delivery address. We ship all parcels on a premium courier service on receipt signature on receipt so if someone is not home to sign for day time delivery then the parcel will be held for a few days in a local depot before being returned to Ireland undelivered. If ra package is returned a shipping fee is applied if re-shipping is requested and or a refund for the purchase price less €25 return delivery fee

When hand-washing please ensure that you roll the garment gently in a towel after washing to take away excess moisture and then flat dry the garment to prevent stretching of the item when wet.
