We cannot guarantee that shipments into any regions outside of the EU will arrive free of customs, duties or taxes. It is possible, but not regular that certain countries outside of the European Union apply an import tax on products shipped from another jurisdiction and we cannot be liable for additional import fee's or taxes levied on parcels.
Non Delivery & Attempted Delivery
We encourage customers to ensure that they use a day time delivery address. We ship all parcels signature on receipt with a premium service courier so if someone is not home to sign for delivery then the parcel will be held for a few days in a local depot for collection before it is returned back to our shipping department. Delivery fee's are non refundable in these cases and a non subsidised re-shipping fee would be applicable if a second shipping is requested.

Step 2. Confirmation your order has dispatched along with tracking code for the courier is sent automatically from our web site to allow you to monitor its delivery progress right up to when it is delivered in real time.
Our products are always knitted with 100% premium wool. We recommend hand-washing, spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning for all our luxury woollen garments. When hand-washing please ensure that you roll the garment gently in a towel after washing to take away excess moisture and then flat dry the garment to prevent stretching of the item when wet.

The gentleman who helped in the store did a fantastic job at explaining the differences between the blankets, etc. After deciding which blanket to purchase, he explained how the company would ship it to my residence in the United States for free, which I accepted. I was provided tracking information and the blanket arrived on time. It is a very nice and comfortable blanket that is now prominently displayed for use at the foot of our guest bed.
