We ship all parcels on a premium courier service on receipt signature on receipt so if someone is not home to sign for day time delivery then the parcel will be held for a few days in a local depot before being returned to Ireland undelivered. When hand-washing please ensure that you roll the garment gently in a towel after washing to take away excess moisture and then flat dry the garment to prevent stretching of the item when wet.

The gentleman who helped in the store did a fantastic job at explaining the differences between the blankets, etc. After deciding which blanket to purchase, he explained how the company would ship it to my residence in the United States for free, which I accepted. I was provided tracking information and the blanket arrived on time. It is a very nice and comfortable blanket that is now prominently displayed for use at the foot of our guest bed. Thank you for such a pleasurable buying experience!
