Delivery throughout Ireland is 2 to 3 working days

USA

Standard delivery is 10 to 14 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) for a flat fee of €10. *This slower service is not recommended for Christmas delivery after December 2nd

Express Delivery is 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and national holidays) for a flat fee of €25. For this low flat fee you can add as many items as you wish into the package

Canada

With Canadian Post on strike deliveries to Canada can only be undertaken with the Express Service

Rest of World

We only offer an express delivery to certain countries due to the unreliable nature of local postal delivery. Our Express Delivery is 4 to 7 days (excluding weekends and national holidays) for a flat fee of €35. 

Import Duty, Customs or Local Taxes for delivery outside of Europe.

We cannot guarantee that shipments into any regions outside of the EU will arrive free of customs, duties or taxes. It is possible, but not regular that certain countries outside of the European Union apply an import tax on products shipped from another jurisdiction and we cannot be liable for additional import fee's or taxes levied on parcels.

Non Delivery & Attempted Delivery

We encourage customers to ensure that they use a day time delivery address. We ship all parcels signature on receipt with a premium service courier so if someone is not home to sign for delivery then the parcel will be held for a few days in a local depot for collection before it is returned back to our shipping department. Delivery fee's are non refundable in these cases and a non subsidised re-shipping fee would be applicable if a second shipping is requested.

Step 1. Confirmation that the order has been received is sent from our web site after you place an order. 

Step 2. Confirmation your order has dispatched along with tracking code for the courier is sent automatically from our web site to allow you to monitor its delivery progress right up to when it is delivered in real time.

Our products are always knitted with 100% premium wool. We recommend hand-washing, spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning for all our luxury woollen garments. When hand-washing please ensure that you roll the garment gently in a towel after washing to take away excess moisture and then flat dry the garment to prevent stretching of the item when wet.
