Import Duty, Customs or Local Taxes for delivery outside of Europe.
We cannot guarantee that shipments into any regions outside of the EU will arrive free of customs, duties or taxes. Non Delivery & Attempted Delivery
We encourage customers to ensure that they use a day time delivery address. We ship all parcels signature on receipt with a premium service courier so if someone is not home to sign for delivery then the parcel will be held for a few days in a local depot for collection before it is returned back to our shipping department. Delivery fee's are non refundable in these cases and a non subsidised re-shipping fee would be applicable if a second shipping is requested.

Made from 100% premium woollen yarn we recommend only hand-washing, spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning for all our luxury woollen garments. When hand-washing please ensure that you flat dry the garment to prevent stretching of the item when wet.
