Non Delivery & Attempted Delivery

We ship all parcels signature on receipt with a premium service courier so if someone is not home to sign for delivery then the parcel will be held for a few days in a local depot for collection before it is returned back to our shipping department. Delivery fee's are non refundable in these cases and a non subsidised re-shipping fee would be applicable if a second shipping is requested.

Made from 100% premium woollen yarn we recommend only hand-washing, spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning for all our luxury woollen garments. When hand-washing please ensure that you flat dry the garment to prevent stretching of the item when wet.
